This visually rich and informative site was designed for the Utica Community School District's Joan C. Sergent Instructional Resouce Center (IRC). Visitors to the site are greeted with a Flash animated introduction. Key themes of exploration, innovation, creativity and vision are explored. The target audience for the site are elementary and secondary students, who may use the site as a planning tool. Parts of the site are only viewabale within the UCS intranet.
